  I've been trying toget mywindow fixed for over amonth because ofa technician error. Ipaid over $400for the window and I've received radio silence from Safelite about getting itfixed. Noone has adirect line and ifyou leave amessage, noone will call you back. Iguess they already got mymoney sothey don't care.

  Very friendly staff. Nice waiting room with coffee and water. Informed methat itwould take3.5hours and they were exactly right! Iwas updated via text and also called when myvehicle's windshield was replaced. Would definitely come back.

  This was myfirst time here. The technician Jose was socool. Hetook the time tohelp explain tome the simplest way towork itout with myinsurance, made mefeel welcome and like mycar was inthe best ofhands. Which isvery important tome. Iuse mycar for work and spend more time there then athome sometimes. Sofeeling like Icould trust them with mycar was crucial. Hemade itfeel like Iwas dropping the car off with myfriend.   After making anappointment at9:30a.m. Idropped off mycar. Irecieved atext at11:00am that the technician started working onmy car being told itwould bedone ina few hours bythe receptionist Ihave been sitting inthe lobby and itis now 4pm and myvehicle isstill not ready… only tosit and wait and see walk ins being helped, and being helped fast ina few hours with the same issue asthem (replacing the front windshield). Speaking with the receptionist has lead tono advancement and being told itwould bedone in15min. That was anhourago… onservice alone Igive this location a1star… they told methe job was done only tofind that they did not put all the plastic trim back correctly with obvious gaps between the windshield and thecar. Now Imust wait for them tofix this issue aswell…… – show

  My experience with this place was atotal waste ofmy time. The technician for the first appointment never showedup. Then myappointment got rescheduled for Saturday. OnSaturday before myappointment, Igot aphone call from Safelite advising methat they had made amistake, they couldn't replace the glass atmy house, and Ineeded togo toa local shop.

  Great service. From the people who check you into the repairmen. The gentleman inthe front desk. (Black glasses) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and seem totake pride inproviding great service. Even then repair man who explained the service and warranty was great.

  My first impression was not good for Safelite. They booked myappointment with noissues. The day ofmy appointment Ireceived acall saying mywindshield was not inthe shop yet and wouldn't bedelivered for nearly 2more weeks. Might not sound like abig deal but asa father Ilost money onchild care Ipaid for inadvance that Icouldn't have refunded. (I didn't want tobring mysmall child into the shop waiting room for 3hrs soI paid for after school care)
  Fast forward tonearly 2weeks later. Iam literally sitting inthe waiting room having mywindshield finally replaced. Waiting room islarge and clean. Itis stopped with aKeurig coffee maker and water dispenser. There isa bathroom available. Ihad noissue finding parking, there are afew handicap parking spaces right infront ofthe door aswell asfor non-hondicap parking spaces near the door.
  I will update myreview after Ireceived myvehicle back.
  Update Ireceived mycar back everything looks fine there isslight separation underneath the windshield and aplastic cover behind mywindshield wipers. Iwill post pictures ofthem. I'm not really concerned with the separation solong asthere's noleaking during the rainy season. Myoverall view ofthe shop isthey are professional and they worked quickly.… – show

  UPDATE!! Unfortunately after writing this review Safelight has not honored their warranty ifa crack fill does not hold and apply the cost toa new windshield after several emails they have all gone ignored.
  I wasn’t looking forward tohaving toreplace mywindshield having todeal with arepair shop.
  Wow! was Iimpressed from booking anappointment tothe front desk tothe mechanic. Great job safelight!!
